A.C. Whyte were appointed as Main Contractor by Blochairn Housing Association the strip and installation of new external wall insulation works for 102 properties in Roystonhill, across three phases, which remained occupied throughout the works.

A.C. Whyte were appointed as the successful contractor for the external and internal retrofit of two, nine storey blocks of 96 mixed tenure flats in North Edinburgh.

A.C. Whyte were appointed as Main Contractor by the Care Concern Group for the major refurbishment and external wall insulation works for Ashlea Care Home, which remained occupied throughout the duration of the works.

Working with Linstone Housing Association, A.C. Whyte successfully delivered a programme of roof and render works to 27 4-in-a-blocks within the Sandyflats area of Johnstone.

Working with East Ayrshire Council, A.C. Whyte successfully delivered a programme of roof and render works to 490 cavity construction properties across Logan, Dalrymple and Kilmaurs.

Working with Falkirk Council, A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was appointed as Main Contractor for the major refurbishment of 25 closes of flats, 5 four in a blocks and 19 houses in Camelon, Falkirk.

A.C. Whyte have delivered a HEEPS:ABS and ECO funded programme of external wall insulation works to 771 properties in the area of Abronhill, Cumbernauld.

A.C. Whyte worked in partnership with The Energy Agency to deliver external wall insulation to 123 properties.

Working with South Lanarkshire Council, A.C. Whyte were successful in tendering for two phases of roof and render works to 340 flats within 24 blocks, within the area of Burnhill, Rutherglen.

A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was appointed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of 82 properties, comprising a mix of semi -detached, end/mid terrace houses, and 4 in a block flats.

A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was appointed to deliver a programme of external wall insulation and refurbishment works to 48 properties, comprising social and private properties in the Kirkintilloch area.

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd. was involved in the substantial refurbishment of high rise properties at Eastwood Avenue and Pollokshaws Road, Pollokshaws, consisting of 47 maisonette/ flatted properties.

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was awarded the contract to provide external and internal refurbishment works to 898 properties in Carntyne, Glasgow, as part of a much larger regeneration project.

A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was appointed to deliver a programme of external wall insulation and refurbishment works to 270 properties, comprising social and private properties in the Birkenshaw area.

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd. was appointed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of 86 properties, comprising a mix of semi -detached, end/mid terrace houses, and 4 in a block flats.

North Lanarkshire Council commissioned substantial roofing and roughcast renewal. As part of these works, A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd. was awarded the roof and render term contract from 2012 - 2017

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was involved in the substantial refurbishment of a 1960’s 9 storey housing block consisting of 48 maisonette and 5 flats in the Partick area of Glasgow.

Argyll Community Housing Association awarded A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd. the contract to carry out external refurbishments to 25 properties on the Isle of Islay that were feared to be in a bad state of disrepair.

Working with West Dunbartonshire Council, A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was employed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of 22 properties, comprising a mix of end and mid terrace houses.

Working with Cadder Housing Association, A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was employed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of some 200 flats, contained within 25 four-storey tenemental blocks.

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd successfully delivered the installation of EWI and associated works to 519 properties, funded by British Gas, under CESP in the Springburn area of Glasgow.

Working with Sanctuary Cumbernauld, A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was employed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of numerous properties throughout the Cumbernauld area.

Working with Antonine Housing Assocation, A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was involved in the substantial refurbishment of a 1960’s 9 storey housing block in the Partick area of Glasgow.

The City of Edinburgh Council appointed A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd. to complete the external and internal improvements to 1930s tenemental blocks in the Wardieburn area of the capital.

Contracted by East Ayrshire Council, these works consisted of the regeneration to 42 flats contained within three five-storey blocks, by carrying out external wall insulation.

Working with Inverclyde Council, A. C. Whyte & Co. Ltd was employed as Main Contractor for the refurbishment of three fifteen-storey blocks of flats, where External Wall Insulation was installed.

Contracted by North Ayrshire Council, works consisted of the external refurbishment of five multi storey blocks - Lugton, Doon, Afton, Annick and Garnock - centrally located within the town of Irvine.
