A.C. Whyte presented with Westminster Early Day Parliamentary Motion

Paul Masterton MP. Jennifer Phin and David Smith of A.C. Whyte accept Early Day Motion

Paul Masterton MP for East Renfrewshire recently proposed a Parliamentary Motion in Westminster in response to local firm A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd winning the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the annual Glasgow Business Awards.  The A.C. Whyte team won the award by demonstrating how they put their residents at the heart of everything they do and showed how their ‘right first time’ approach, which is embedded throughout every touchpoint of their service, consistently delivers a service that exceeds expectations.

Paul visited A.C. Whyte on Friday to present the Motion and to meet the team and discuss how they can work together for the collective good.  Jennifer Phin, Managing Director accepted the Motion alongside colleague David Smith. Jennifer commented:

“It has been great to be supported by our local MP, Paul has shown a real interest in our business and was keen to hear exactly what makes us a quality focused contractor. The team really do go the extra mile and for that to be recognised in this way is excellent.”

Paul’s proposal for the motion in Westminster triggered a similar process in Holyrood when Tom Arthur MSP for Renfrewshire South proposed a motion in the Scottish Parliament.  Read more here about Tom’s visit to A.C. Whyte.
