With an impressive 15-year journey within our business, Russell Kennedy exemplifies dedication and continuous growth. Starting as a Quantity Surveyor, he diligently evolved into an Estimator position and later to the role of Commercial Manager. In alignment with our strategic business vision and our expansion into more intricate Retrofit and strip and re-clad projects, Russell will now take the role of Head of Bid and Technical Development. This position will see him lead the strategic tendering of our upcoming projects and provide in depth technical expertise to enhance the success of our projects.
Aidan Moore, a key member of our team for 8 years, has successfully progressed from Quantity Surveyor to the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Throughout his journey, Aidan has efficiently managed projects, showcasing his expertise with key clients and overseeing projects valued up to £6 million. His invaluable contributions as a team player have been integral to our success, and we look forward to seeing him progress in his role.
Natalie McGowan’s dedication and exceptional performance have earned her the promotion to Customer Liaison Team Leader. In her new role, she will play a pivotal part in shaping our Customer Journey and supporting our Customer Liaison Officers, particularly for our Edinburgh Projects. This promotion comes in recognition of her instrumental role in recent contract wins and the successful delivery of previous projects.
In addition to these promotions, we are delighted to welcome Paul Carlton as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Craig Dyet as Site Manager to our growing team in these last 3 months. These strategic additions align with our commitment to providing opportunities for career advancement and expanding our talented workforce.
