The Excellence in Customer Service award is designed for businesses who can demonstrate excellence and achievement within the field of customer care and service. Entrants will demonstrate excellence through their customer service objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care activities, staff development plans and show how this has driven business growth. Again we face stiff competition from the likes of Anderson Maguire, Campbell & Kennedy Ltd, Fleet Alliance Limited, Glasgow Airport and Spectrum Service Solutions Ltd.
The winners will be announced at the The Glasgow Business glittering Awards Ceremony on Thursday 1 October 2015 at the Hilton Glasgow Hotel.
