A.C. Whyte are pleased to be shortlisted as finalists for the most ‘Digitally Transformed Business’ Award at this years Herald Digital Transformation Awards.
This category recognises businesses which can demonstrate an exceptional progression in using digital technology in their daily processes and practices. Judges were looking for businesses that use technology in a new and innovative way, how it benefits our staff and customers and evidence of how its contributed to the success of our business.
Throughout the past year and a half, A.C. Whyte explored the opportunities this unprecedented situation presented and adopted more technologies both internally within our team and externally with our Clients and their residents, we implemented new digitised solutions to our communications, opened up conversations on efficiencies and considered and implemented different approaches to many of our operating procedures. There was always a plan to improve and maximise the way we used technology within the business however the pandemic accelerated this. By implementing and adopting digital transformation, it has allowed our team to increase efficiencies and productivity across the entire business.
A.C. Whyte have improved their performance following the development and implementation of a robust set of standard operating procedures, we successfully implemented technology platforms to support our ‘Quality as Standard’ approach consistently delivering efficient projects within planned programmes.
