As one of the only contractors in Scotland to be granted membership to the Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA), this enables A.C. Whyte to provide 25 year SWIGA guarantees for the insulation and integrity of the External Wall Insulation system under ECO.

The new Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency has been developed by leading industry bodies the (National Insulation Association (NIA) and the British Board of Agrément (BBA), along with Solid Wall Insulation system suppliers.

SWIGA operates a robust quality and technical Framework backed up by an independent surveillance scheme monitoring installations carried out by SWIGA members. This gives Green Deal Providers, Energy Companies and other specifiers confidence that work will be completed according to robust procedures and controls and offers consumers the security of an independent 25 year guarantee.

Experience with previous obligations the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) and the Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) has led A.C. Whyte to be involved in ECO and Scottish Government National Retrofit Programme (NRP) funded schemes. With contracts for funding already in place they are on hand to help with your project.
