Site Manager (Edinburgh)

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our expanding team who has a wealth of experience within the housing sector. You will have a background in leading large teams of various trades and knowledge of managing complex projects. The successful candidate will report to our Contracts Manager and be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their project programme.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of the project within programme timescales
  • Manage onsite compliance with the business health and safety standards and processes
  • Accountable for ensuring all site operations meet specification guidelines
  • Supervise and manage multiple trades ensuring all work is delivered in-line with our ‘Quality as Standards’ ethos
  • Communicate clearly with your onsite team ensuring they receive clear direction and operate within A.C. Whyte guidelines

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager
  • SMSTS Training Certificate
  • CSCS Card
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • CISRS certification
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Driven individual with strong leadership skills
