We are looking for a Site Manager to join our expanding team who has a wealth of experience within the housing sector. You will have a background in leading large teams of various trades and knowledge of managing complex projects. The successful candidate will report to our Contracts Manager and be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their project programme.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of the project within programme timescales
- Manage onsite compliance with the business health and safety standards and processes
- Accountable for ensuring all site operations meet specification guidelines
- Supervise and manage multiple trades ensuring all work is delivered in-line with our ‘Quality as Standards’ ethos
- Communicate clearly with your onsite team ensuring they receive clear direction and operate within A.C. Whyte guidelines
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager
- SMSTS Training Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- CISRS certification
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Full UK Driving License
- Driven individual with strong leadership skills
