External Wall Insulation specialists win Excellence in Customer Service Award at this years’ East Renfrewshire Business Awards.

The event organised by East Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce, with the support of principal sponsor West College Scotland, brought together 150 guests to recognise the achievements of East Renfrewshire’s business community.

The quality of the entrants was extremely high and the short-listed nominees reflected the sheer breadth of business success from small start-ups and individual entrepreneurs to long-established businesses.

The evening, hosted by comedian Karen Dunbar, was a huge success for A.C. Whyte as they lifted the Excellence in Customer Service award.

A.C. Whyte are a main contractor specialising in external wall insulation, based in Barrhead.  A well-established family business, they have been successfully delivering major refurbishment works for Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the UK for over 40 years.  In recent years     A.C. Whyte have expanded their offering and now deliver external wall insulation to private homeowners in partnership with Local Authorities through HEEPS funding.  A.C. Whyte embarked on a strategic marketing strategy specific to the consumer market.  Using their vast experience they tailored their existing robust processes, mapped out a customer journey and developed a suite of material that would ensure a seamless customer experience throughout.
