A.C. Whyte successfully tendered to deliver a HEEPS: Social Cashback project on behalf of Bridgewater Housing Association.
The association applied for Scottish Government funding to improve the energy efficiency of sheltered housing in the Cullen and Blantyre Court area of Erskine. The project comprising a mix of terraced properties and flats will see them fitted with an external wall insulation system and the flats will also be re-roofed. The three month project is well underway and will be complete by the end of March.
