A.C. Whyte to deliver Antonine Housing Associations Social HEEPS: Cashback project.

Antonine Housing Association have recently been awarded HEEPS: Social Cashback funding for Social Housing Providers from the Scottish Government.  The money will be used to improve the energy efficiency of 48 flats by installing external wall insulation.  The solid wall blocks are in the Kirkintilloch area and house a mix of social and private tenants.

Social Cashback is an excellent scheme that is allowing Social Landlords to deliver projects that would have been outwith their planned works. This means more homes are being insulated and more communities transformed.  Jennifer Phin – Managing Director

A.C. Whyte held an open day to introduce residents to how their newly refurbished homes will look, work will commence early January and residents are delighted to hear they will benefit from reduced fuel bills and warmer more comfortable homes by the end of March.   Jennifer Phin of A.C.
