Recruitment for the 2020 Skills Academy was a huge success and this year’s diverse cohort of Akademos are well into their first term of training to become qualified external wall insulation installers.
The Skills Academy was created to future proof the business by developing our own, quality focused, sustainable workforce. 2021 will be an exciting year as we widen the Skills Academy’s reach and scope, creating the A.C. Whyte team that will deliver into the future.
