The Results

AC Whyte successfully delivered a comprehensive EWI programme that improved energy efficiency and reduced heating costs for 337 homes. By working with Scottish Government and Changeworks, resident contributions were reduced, resulting in a 242% increase in programme uptake. The technical challenges of varying construction types were effectively managed through careful programming, enabling timely and high-quality delivery.

The project’s success led to the onboarding of trusted local subcontractors and trades, strengthening the supply chain in the area. This positive outcome secured the next phase of works in Aberdeen, with 62 additional properties in Sheddocksly due to commence early 2025.
