Perth & Kinross Council sought a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for assessment, surveying, co-ordination, installation, evaluation and Retrofit project management of six blocks of multi-storey flats located within Perth City Centre.

The main objective of this project, consisting of 52 terraced properties, was to provide their tenants with a more energy efficient home which was warmer, comfortable, quieter and less expensive to heat, where AC Whyte was appointed to undertake a full house approach.

This regeneration and major refurbishment project involved mixed-tenure blocks of flats in Murrayburn and Wester Hailes, Edinburgh.

This mixed-tenure project, delivered in partnership with South Ayrshire Council and the Energy Agency, involved retrofitting properties in the rural village of Tarbolton as part of the Scottish Government’s Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Schemes (EES).

AC Whyte collaborated with Aberdeen City Council and Changeworks to deliver external wall insulation (EWI) and associated works to 337 properties in Dyce, Bridge of Don, Northfield and Mastrick, Aberdeen.

AC Whyte partnered with East Ayrshire Council to deliver a transformative roof and render refurbishment programme across 490 cavity construction properties in Logan, Dalrymple, and Kilmaurs.

This high-risk retrofit project involved the removal and replacement of combustible ACM cladding from a fully occupied care home in palliative care, addressing fire safety concerns.

A.C. Whyte were appointed as Main Contractor by Blochairn Housing Association the strip and installation of new external wall insulation works for 102 properties in Roystonhill, across three phases, which remained occupied throughout the works.
