New £1 Million Contract Secured with Fife Council
We have been awarded a new contract with Fife Council for energy efficiency works at Park View, Kirkcaldy. The £1 million project will deliver external wall insulation and insulated flat roofing, secured through a competitive tendering process.
£2.23 Million Project Awarded in Edinburgh
Continuing our partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council, we’ve secured a £2.23 million project at Lochview, Holyrood (Lot 3). The works, focused on two high-rise blocks, will include the installation of insulated flat roofing to improve the buildings’ overall energy performance.
Modular Construction Project Underway in Livingston
We’ve broken ground on our first modular construction project in Blackridge, Livingston. This marks a significant milestone for the business as we step into the new build space. The development includes 34 energy-efficient homes, with completion targeted for the end of November.
HEEPS Programme Extended in Aberdeen
Our ongoing work in Aberdeen as part of the HEEPS programme has been extended, a direct result of the strong relationships built by our team and the positive feedback received from the client.
High-Rise Project in Perth to Commence
We’re also preparing to get underway on our high-rise project in Perth, with works scheduled to begin in July. This is another exciting opportunity for us to support sustainable development and energy efficiency at scale.
