AC Whyte has successfully completed a major housing improvement programme for East Ayrshire Council, delivering works to 298 properties across New Cumnock and Kilmarnock since 2024.
The £7.2 million programme formed part of the Council’s wider investment in improving the quality, energy efficiency and long-term performance of its housing stock. The project builds on the strong, long-standing partnership between AC Whyte and East Ayrshire Council, with both organisations committed to delivering high-quality work and positive outcomes for residents and communities.
Through this programme, AC Whyte applied its expertise in large-scale refurbishment and retrofit delivery, ensuring works were carried out safely, efficiently and with residents at the heart of the process.
