As Christmas approached, the AC Whyte team decided to put their skills to use on something a little different — a festive film that celebrates our people, our culture, and the warmth we aim to bring to communities all year round.
Filmed over three shoot days, the project brought together team members from across the business, with everyone pitching in both on and off camera. From building a festive grotto to fully embracing the season by dressing up as elves (and welcoming a very special white-bearded guest along the way), the film was a true team effort from start to finish.
A key part of the project was involving the wider AC Whyte family. Team members’ children were invited to take part in the filming, helping to create a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere and making the experience a memorable one for everyone involved. It was a great opportunity to reflect the family-focused culture that sits at the heart of the business and to share that spirit beyond the workplace.
While the film embraces the fun and excitement of the festive season, it also reflects what AC Whyte is about year-round — teamwork, care, and pride in what we do. The project gave us a chance to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate the people behind the projects, while saying thank you to everyone who has worked with us and supported us throughout 2025.
As we look ahead to 2026, the film stands as a small reminder of the importance of connection, community and taking a moment to celebrate the year gone by.
