AC Whyte is pleased to confirm that we are now moving into the next phase of works within our ongoing programme with East Ayrshire Council, continuing a strong and established partnership.
The new phase, which will be delivered during 2026/27, will see improvements carried out to a number of homes in Darvel, with a contract value in the region of £4m. The programme forms part of the Council’s continued investment in improving housing quality, energy efficiency and long-term performance across its housing stock.
This latest award builds on the successful delivery of previous phases across East Ayrshire, reflecting the trust placed in AC Whyte to deliver high-quality refurbishment and retrofit works safely, efficiently and with residents at the centre of the process.
Through this programme, AC Whyte will continue to apply its expertise in large-scale housing improvements, supporting East Ayrshire Council in enhancing homes, improving energy performance and delivering positive outcomes for local communities.
