We’re pleased to announce that AC Whyte has been awarded a £2.69 million contract extension with East Ayrshire Council, continuing our delivery of energy efficiency enhancements as part of their flagship retrofit programme in Shortlees, Kilmarnock.
The new phase of works is scheduled to commence in July 2025, with an anticipated completion date of February 2026. There is also potential for a further extension beyond this period, subject to successful delivery and ongoing client priorities.
This continuation reflects the strong partnership we’ve built with East Ayrshire Council and the positive relationships our on-site teams have developed with residents.
