Our Director, Marion Forbes has been appointed to the newly formed advisory board for Female Leaders in Construction (FLIC).
FLIC is a UK-wide network dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and championing female leaders across the construction industry. Its mission is to create opportunities for women to thrive, while driving meaningful change in a sector that continues to evolve.
With over 25 years of experience in organisational change and strategic leadership, Marion plays a central role in AC Whyte’s growth journey. She leads initiatives that enhance business performance, strengthen organisational capability, and drive continuous improvement.
Marion’s appointment reflects both her commitment to fostering innovation and her ongoing contribution to the wider industry, including her work with the CITB Scottish Council. Through FLIC, she will help shape environments where businesses can thrive and individuals can reach their full potential.
