AC Whyte is pleased to announce the commencement of a new project in partnership with Riverclyde Homes to improve the energy efficiency of homes across their housing stock.
The 16-week programme will see a package of roof upgrades, render works, and cavity wall insulation installed across 28 end and mid-terrace properties in the area. Works have been carefully assessed and specified on a property-by-property basis to ensure best value and efficiency outcomes.
The £500,000 contract has been procured via the SPA Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework (N9), reinforcing AC Whyte’s continued role as a trusted delivery partner within Scotland’s energy efficiency sector.
This latest agreement further strengthens the ongoing relationship between AC Whyte and Riverclyde Homes, built on a shared commitment to quality, expertise, resident care, and long-term asset investment.
Works are now underway on site.
