AC Whyte has successfully completed another key project in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council, delivering improvement works at Lochview, Holyrood.
The £2.21 million contract involved the completion of essential building upgrades across two high-rise blocks.
The programme included the installation of new insulated flat roofs, liquid-applied waterproofing works to walkways and drying room areas, lightning protection systems, and the installation of fall protection Mansafe systems on main roof areas.
Bird prevention measures were also incorporated as part of the overall works.

The project was completed on time and in line with the agreed programme, with close collaboration between AC Whyte, the client, and other key stakeholders ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
This project builds on our long-standing partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council, further strengthening the trusted relationship we’ve developed through many years of successful project delivery.
