Members of the A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd team attended awards ceremonies at opposite ends of the country and scooped two awards, the first at this year’s Glasgow Business Awards and the second at the Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) Awards.  Jennifer Phin, Managing Director of A.C. Whyte hosted a table at the Glasgow ceremony and proudly watched Health & Safety Manager, John Gallacher accept the coveted Excellence in Customer Service award on behalf of the team.  The category recognises companies who demonstrate excellence through their customer service objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care activities and staff development.

A.C. Whyte demonstrated how they put their clients and residents at the heart of everything they do and showed how their ‘right first time’ approach, which is embedded throughout every touch point of their service, consistently delivers service that exceeds expectation.

Bob Phin, owner of A.C. Whyte hosted a table at INCA’s ceremony held in Liverpool’s Titanic Hotel and joined the team on stage to collect the Installer of the Year Award.  INCA are the only association that exclusively represent the external wall insulation industry and the awards aim to acknowledge members who have succeeded in technical standards, meeting the UK’s carbon reduction targets and tackling fuel poverty. The team accepted the award in the company of over 150 industry experts by impressing the judges with their focus on promoting skills within the industry, their dedication to Clients and their exceptional quality standards.
