In February 2020, A.C. Whyte successfully tendered for East Ayrshire Council’s capital roof and render works.  The £5m programme is currently ongoing within the Kilmaurs, Dalrymple and Logan areas of East Ayrshire, to 490 properties, due to be complete in October. Throughout this time, we have built and nurtured our working relationship with the East Ayrshire Council team and due to successful contract delivery, we will continue to work with East Ayrshire Council to deliver a £2.6m programme of roof and render works to a further 240 properties, within Mauchline and Patna. The works started in Patna earlier this month, with Mauchline closely following in the next couple of weeks and are due to be complete by March 2022.
